Features

Long life flooded tubular plate batteries:

Design life: >20 years at 20ºC, >10 years at 30ºC, >5 years at 40ºC.

Cycling expectancy of up to 1500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge.

Manufactured according to EN 60896 and IEC 61427.

Low maintenance:

Under normal operating conditions and 20ºC, distilled water has to be added every 2-3 years.

Cycle life: Under standard conditions, 25% DOD cycle times is 3000.

Low self-discharge.

Charging ability is excellent.

Q: Can you accept OEM and ODM Service for customer?

A: Yes, we can produce the custom made battery packs as every client’s requirements. Such as the logo, battery weight, size, capacity, voltage, discharge performance, battery shape, battery size and the package, all can be customized.

Q. Do you have MOQ of the battery order?

A: Generally we request no MOQ to support every of our clients, sample orders for testing are also welcome.

Q. How long will be the Lead time?

A: Detailed lead time depends on order quantity. Usually the lead time for samples: 3~5 days, for mass production order: 10~20 days.

Q. How to deliever the goods and how long does it takes to arrive?

A: Batteries are usually shipped by sea. It takes about 15 to 25 days by sea.

Q. How to proceed with an order?

A: Step 1, let us know your detailed requirements of the battery such as voltage, capacity, continuous discharge current, peak discharge current, work condition temperature and application;

Step 2, we will quote according to your detailed requirements;

Step 3, pls confirm the prices and samples;

Step 4, pls place a formal order including detailed QTY and product requirements;

Step 5, we provide the proforma invoice according to your order and you pay 30% deposit of the order then we will arrange the production;

Step 6, when the goods are ready, we will inform you to finish the balance payment of the order and we will arrange shipment of the goods when the payment is confirmed.
