Q1: When you ship my order?
A1: Normally 30-45days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
Q2: What is your warranty?
A2: Our standard warranty is 2 years. Our battery lifespan can be used for at least 8 years for normal 1 cycles per day. We have a complete warranty policy documents, please feel free to contact us to get it.
Q3: What is the difference between a gel cell,an agm and an sla battery?
A3: A gel cell or gelled electrolyte is a sealed battery containing semi-solid electrolyte and may also be identified as a sealed lead acid.
AGM (absorbed glassmat) or vrla type battery. agm batteries are some times referred to as starved electrolyte be- cause the fiber glassmat contained with in the cellis saturated only 95% with acid and there is no excess liouid. nearly all agm batteries are vrla or valve regulated.
Vrla batteries are designed with a valve that allows the battery to keep as light positive pressure.
